Got it all done.

Here/s my custom 4$ TSC clutch pin


First started with this.....



It was a tight enough fit all I did was put some locktight on it and pressed in it.


Then next was my brass bushing, I don't think this one will crack




And ended it all off with a cotter pin..




And here it is all done and on the truck...





And the bad thing is after all that, and bleeding the air out again, the clutch peddle still feels loose.

With the brass bushing thats probably better than mine...

With the way that was worn, there is a good chance the pin and bushings on the pedal assembly is worn. I have had to change the whole bracket that holds the pedals out before.

Oh man, that job would suck to do, bet the whole dash has to come out.
