rear window leak

This past Tuesday I went out to my truck in the school parking lot, opened the door, and there was a pile of snow on my seat. The window was up and the door shut tight, and yet there was still snow on my seat. Anyways, today I went out and bought some window channel rubber.

My next problem is the back window. Whenever I wash my car water gets in through holes in the bottom of the track. How do I plug these holes but still let my back sliding glass be able to slide? Is there a reason why these holes are there? They look factory to me.

rear window leak

The holes need to be clear to let water sitting in the track to drain to the outside of the truck. If they drain to the inside, -I suppose it is possible that someone installed the window backwards...
