Hey guys, I've been struggling to figure this out..
My rear sliding window more or less functions, but that U shaped stiff foam channel on the bottom part of the window, that the window slides in (the one that actually touches the glass) - it's broken and sliding the window is a real pain!
I would think that it should be reasonable easy to replace, but I don't seem to find the part anywhere?!?!
Any idea if it's even available, or would I have to buy a whole new rear sliding window?
The reason why I ask is because this was a running change in 1983....
It looks like you want 422A20 in the first picture....
E0TZ-10422A20-B RUN (BACK WINDOW GLASS) Fits 1980/81 F100/350 w/sliding back window built before 2/83
It looks like there is one remaining available NOS in the world....
Larry Allen Motor Car Company, Inc Parsons, KS 67357; Tel. 620-421-0100 has one - give them a call and ask if that's true (it's what the computer says) and how much it'll cost ya.
Buddy said I'll have to contact a Ford dealer to get the Ford Catalogue code for the part... The part *422A20* has some digits before it, and after it - Larry Allen needs those #s as well to properly identify the piece. Will keep posted!
Does E0TZ-10422A20-B have something to do with it?
Also, Larry Allen has changed their phone # it is : 620 421 6170
Does E0TZ-10422A20-B have something to do with it?
It has everything to do with it.... I will need to confirm this number when I get home, that red zero might not need to be there and could be a mistake on my part....
Unless Gary or somebody can look for me... It's down at the bottom, Body Parts Section 400...
