not sure but im interested to know aswell..
i always wondered about that as even in 03 you could get these trucks heated/turnsignal lites, so im betting the wiring harness is already there for the option even if the mirror isnt.

I dont see why they wouldnt work. Even if you dont have the factory harness for the turn signals and heated part of the mirrors....worst case scenario you can just wire them up yourself....hook the turn signals into the correct sides and just hook up a switch for the heated mirrors. I plan on doing the same thing to my 99

I did this swap on my 02 about a month ago... the plug was correct but it only had the wires for the mirror adjustments, I had to run wire for the lights and heat, not hard to do... took a few hours in the rain, lol I'm not sure if the early 03's had the necessary wires already or not.
