camber sleeve replacement

I'm in the middle of replacing my ball joints on one side and the installation instructions that came with the Moog ball joint says the Camber sleeve must be replaced if I had a loose, bent, or broken upper ball joint stud. Well I saw play in the upper ball joint - that's why I'm replacing it but the sleeve looks pretty rusted in there. Should I go ahead and bust my butt trying to get that sleeve out or could I leave it in?

if there is no damage leave it in, it is not nec. to replace it every unless the camber and/or caster needs to be adjusted
