issues and injector questions
i have a 96 7.3 with a 3 down pipe to 3.5 back exhaust 6637 intake filter set up ccv mod and just got a intercooler and some pipes what kinda power would a simple setup like this make over stock?
and what could it make with a good tune. i was wondering what would be a good upgrade it has stock injectors rite now i read something about using superduty injectors?
and i had a engine light come on and truck wouldnt start unless it was throttled replaced the fuel filter started fine light wont shut off used a craftsman code reader it said nothing autoxray said light on and wouldnt show a code and when i went to run a scan it would shut my truck off

if you are gonna spend money on injectors, get some stage ones. stage ones with a chip can give you 100hp over stock. as far as the code reader.... only some will be able to pull codes from a PSD.

With your mods on there you might be seeing 230-240hp (215 stock). A good chip with stock injectors might get you 300hp. Good chip and Stage I's closer to 350hp.

I wouldn't bother with superduty injectors. Not worth the hassle or the money.
