Looks like there are a few low mile 7.3s that were in e350 vans with only 140k on them, might have to make a little road trip in the future.

The 7.3 that is in the E series is the same as the ones that go in the F series with 2 or 3 minor differences.
1- one exhaust manifold is different, but the one from the f series will bolt right up
2- The fuel filter is mounted in a different place, again the F series will bolt right up
3- The pulse adapter is mounted on a different injector. I think I'm right on this one but it seems I'm suffering from CRS right now.
I don't have first hand knowlage of this but this is what I've read on here.
