sf3 and I did it do to tunes with different strats.
take about 5 min.

hmmmmmm.....I thought it was a LOT quicker than that. At least it used to be. I will however take this advice to heart and retune to stock before reflashing again. Maybe that's why I occassionally get TCM brain farts with my tow haul and that "freshly reflashed" shift. This has DEFINITELY been a day for learning new things on my truck. (don't ask!!)

Mine takes about 60 seconds or so to write the new tune file, as I recall. Setting the options (if done) takes another 3-5 mins...
