Dually wheel studs??

My dually has a three inch spacer and wheel stud extenders, is this standard Ford setup?? If so, anyone know where I can get some of these stud extenders?

No, thats not a ford set up. Most likely you may have wider wheels in which someone needed to space to rear wheels apart. Just a guess on why.

It has a Centurion package, any chance they added the spacers, stud extenders? Guess I should contact them and see what they say.

I assume you are talking about the rear wheels?

If so, it sounds like you have a rear end for a single rear wheel truck and they just added spacers to get the right spacing for the duallies.

the conversions added the spacers in the rear for 4WD CC DUALLYS. 4wd cc duallys were not made by ford

Yeah I agree it is probably a singe wheel rear, did not know that ford didnt make a cc dually. Did a search last nite and Centurion has been bought out and the new owners dont do the same kind of work. Guess I am out of luck.
Hate to sound stupid, but how do you load pic?? Once I figure that out I will take a pic and post.

Holy Jeebus this thread is old.

Those stud extensions are available on Ebay and such places.

When I rebuilt my truck, i went and got an actual dually width axle and did away with those spacers.

My 96 Centurion didn't come with spacers.

Depends on if the truck was 4wd or not. Ford didn't make a 4wd DRW pickup in this bodystyle. So all the 4wd DRW trucks started as a SRW truck when sent to Centurion.

The cheaper way to convert a SRW to DRW was to add the spacers and stud extensions. It was easier then sourcing and swapping in the proper DRW width axle for Centurion.
