Yes I have it installed right but think maybe its pinched somehow, that thing was a PITA to get in after putting the bypass hose on so it could have moved around. I did fill it cool but started the truck and let it run a few minutes before putting the cap on but I didnt let it get warm enough for the thermostat to open. If its decent over the weekend I'll see if I can check it out and get it fixed...
