I don't have EGT available on my ODBII in my '05 Ex.
In fact turbo boost isn't available either via ODBII for my vehicle.
That is what makes this tricky, not all 6.0 owners have the
same available sensors via the ODBII, plus each model year and
vehicle type (SD vs. Ex) is potentially different also.
Essentially the key thing is "if" it's available via ODBII it can be read using scangaugeII (or edge, DashDAQ, etc.).
Edge and DashDAQ support additional "add-on" sensors, so you would
avoid having to buy a nearly $200 fuel pressure analog gauge since
you could connect additional sensors to these 2 products.
