I bought this truck (pictured above thanks to Don) new in March of 1975. I ordered it the way I wanted it, $7100. I have worked it hard, rolled it over, rebuilt it and when I couldn't find a good bed for it, I decided to put a homemade bed on it and one thing led to another. I put a power takeoff on the transfer case and mounted a hydraulic pump, designed my own scissors action, ordered parts from Northern Hydraulic and ended up with a pretty handy truck. The winch on the front end is also hydraulic. The original 360 was replaced in 1976 with a 390 from a 1968 LTD. I put headers on, but no super tuning, just good sound. The ladder racks come off for going in the woods after fire wood. Now I need to change out the front axle. I probably should start a new thread to collect advice. This one might not draw much attention with a name like "Posting Pictures". Thanks to Fabmandelux for helping me get started.
