glow plug???

glow plug???

ok as if the converter dumping out on me was not bad enough,!!! ok so i put a new gpr in and still have a prob, be for whe i turned the key on it would click and the volt metter would move now nothing it did this be for i did my injecters, so i not sure now what, i put a test light on it one pluge is hot with key off turn key on other big plug gets power then shuts off, little plugs have power to, so gpr is doing its job i think, can you hook a gpr up wrong there was now wrighting on it so was not sure, what should i look at now?? glow pluges looked good when i had them out should have just cahnged them would a bad on or two make none of them work??

Your saying there is power to the opposite big stud on the gpr when the key is on for a second but then there is none? that means it is shutting off too quickly.

it has power on opposite stud id say a min, then gos off and power gos in to little stud, so both little studs have power and the one big stud

Then your gpr is doing what its supposed to. When you say glow plugs looked good? How did they look good? What do you UVC gaskets and wiring look like?

Other than the volt gauge not moving, is it starting hard? Or are you just concerned that the volt gauge isn't moving?

it had 2 new bosh in it the others looked about the same, yeah it starts hard and white smoke gaskets and plugs are new, it started doing this like a month or two ago, i thought it was just the gpr should have put new glow plugs in when they was out

you need to ohm the GP's on the four big plugs that go to each head the outside pins on each plug are the gp's good one ohm out around .8 to 1.5 ohms they can go a little higher but not much
