2 cycle oil thread

Someone here, or linked from here an article that was written about the virtues of using 2 cycle ashless motor oil. It was fairly long and I read it once but I can't find it in a search to save my azz. Can someone help me out please.

So, is it better to run DK or 2 stroke oil, or should I just use a mix of both? Any comments on which runs quieter, and which is better for injectors?

Ford carries a fuel additive for Powerstroke diesels at their parts counter. I was using it for a few months as the price per gallon of treatment is comparable to Diesel Kleen. However, I could never find it included in any of the fuel lubricity studies so there is no comparing against lubricity data of other brands. It does state it adds lubricity FWIW. Ended up going back to diesel kleen.
