windshield washer fluid not working?

hey guys its getting close to winter time and im trying to start getting ready. im having soem problems with my windshield washer fluid though. the wipers work great but the fluid wont come out when i hit the button. i hear it clicking but nothing comes spraying out. the other day i tried it again and i did see some coming out from the nozzels on the cowl but it just oozed out. does this mean its plugged up? and how would i go about getting these unplugged?

and yes i made sure it had fluid in it

Unplug the hose from the reservoir and blow through it. This should tell you if its the hose, or the pump motor. I just had to change the motor in mine and it's easiest to take the whole canister out to access the hose. It's two bolts holding the overflow/washer fluid reservoir. Take the bolts out first to loosen it and then take the hose off so you can put your finger over the nozzle and not get washer fluid all over the engine bay.
