How do I disable that awful 3-tone chime that comes on right after you start her up?? Thanks!

 

If you connect your seatbelt prior to turning the key to the "on" position, the chime will not occur.

Otherwise, I think you can disable it using the steps on page 175 of the OM.

Edit: I just tried that but it doesn't disable the key on chime if the seatbelt isn't connect.
Only the driving without seatbelt chime.
