Raking leaves.

I'm lucky, we have lots of trees, but live where the wind mostly blows them around and sooner or later they end up down the hill and into the woods, so I don't have to rake them. Also, the mower mulches the few left in the grass. Now I do have to sweep the darn things away from the front door about every day.

Anybody have a big fall leaf raking ahead of them?

I live in a windy Cult-de-sac and on the corner so I don't need rake at all.

Besides I have a mower if all else fails.

I have the same problem. One in particular seems to fill up regularly.

X2 on the yard work thing Chad. Never could understand the folks that fertilize, spray, water, mow and manicure their law. They need a good hobby like trucks, guns, or hunting and fishing.

I am pure evil-- I convinced my wife that mowing was very good to shape up the legs and butt--- I only had to mow 3 times since spring (true fact)

Maybe it is, but I don't really care what mine look like. Now, if I could just convince the wife! Fat chance. Gee, another silly saying. I'll have to add that to the other thread.

I don't hate fall, I just hate the huge leaves from the trees outside our house that pile up like large snow drifts. I got one of those fancy leaf sucker uppers, but my leaves are just too big to make it work worth a pooh..

Curtis, I have a chipper shredder that will suck up the leaves and pulverize them to dust if you want to borrow it. Let me know and you can get it this weekend.

Thanks Del, however I think this weekend may be a little early, probably in a couple weeks to a month, would be better for those leaves.
