Whining noise while turning and breaking.
I have a slight whining noise on my 02 F250 7.3 while turning and breaking. I replaced my steering pump in hopes of fixing the problem, but the noise continues. I have asked around and done research on the problem and the general consensus is a bad pump.
This forum usually has the best suggestions to problems, so... does anyone have a suggestion to the fix or a reason for the problem?
