just curious, i'm seeing around 130f in about 65f weather. i've got a dashhawk to watch some temps and this seem to be higher than what i was expecting.
There are two IAT temps so make sure you are reading IAT1 and not IAT2 . IAT1 should be fairly close to outside air temp. IAT2 is higher since it's reading inside the intake manifold.
iat1 will be hotter by a few degrees prior to start up in most cases do to the maf heater element. but should be close to outside air temp.
iat will change and will be hoter then iat1 when running. the spread will very with egr flow. this is one of the ways the pcm can tell if the egr system is working.
