i forget what the f-superduty had for gearing options but its lower than 4.10.like 4:88 or 5:something for options.
she's an f450,made for pulling and hauling like she means it truck.
with a c6 3 speed/no od,she's gunna scream.
im surprised you took her up to 65.she must of been talking back at ya.
stick to 45/50 for any sort of fuel economy,if you can help it at all.

oh nevermind.you first called it a super duty, then say f350 and xlt lariate.
never mind me.

Exactly! NJ speed limit is 65mph on some highways, and a restriction of 55mph if towing a trailer. Most don't follow them though.

Mine had the same powertrain setup and with 235/85/16 tires it topped out at 75 MPH. Not sure but I think the superduty or anything with dual rear wheels will have shorter tires.

They didn't start making the Super Duty until the '99 year model so I don't think your truck is a Super Duty.
Find the tag on the rear axle and see what gear ratio it is. It sounds like you have a low gear axle and that combined with the C6 will make for a low speed top end.

I recently learned my IDI will go 80mph. The motor sounds excellent at those RPMs too.

Yesterday I saw a bricknose with SuperDuty clear as day below F450 Diesel. I thought it was a one ton at first.
