I want to put 06 expy handles on my 98 and i am going to be doing the front clip conversion but want to start with the handles would they fit.

 

I just did this conversion to my truck, so yes the handles will fit with some minor tweaking. Where you run into problems is with the rods going down to the latch. On the front doors you can reuse the 98 rod but your going to have to section an inch out of it and weld it back together. The rear is a different. The 03-06 handles use a different rod then the Gen 1 trucks soyou will need to fabricate a new rod altogether.

 

Could you build me the custom rods and build the front look on the look from your 99 expy because i have none of the custom equipment to build it and wont ever but love the look.

 

The handles are the easiest of what your looking to do. I could probably help you with that. I don't really recall what the handles cost but I will check into it for you. Send me a pm with your email addy and I'll get back to you tomorrow.
