Truck Interior Handle Compatibility
I'm working on a solid window conversion for a '54 F100 with a 5" chop top (but that's a whole different headache). Meanwhile, I noticed that the chrome is quite dull and pitted on my interior door and window crank handles. At this point they are about the only thing that is stock in the interior besides the instrument cluster. It got me thinking what other interior handles will work without modifying/ changing all the regulator shafts? I didn't know if the Ford/Mercury/Lincoln passenger cars used the same spline pattern in the handle. Or dare I ask... would any 1940-50s Mopar or GM work?
