I currently have a 79 f150 reg cab 4x4 and may be getting a 78 f150 2wd supercab, my goal is a 4x4 supercab. Besides a transfer case crossmember, and im guessing radius arm brackets, what else would there be to do?

What i'm getting at is, how different are the frames? I can get the supercab very cheap, that is why i would like to do the conversion. I can handle some fabrication but i want to know to what extent..
