Sounds electrical then. What did you do to fix the issue that caused the blown fuse for the fuel bowl heater? Typically we just leave the heater unplugged and replace the fuse.
Do you get any movement on the tach while cranking? Any smoke coming out the tailpipe while cranking? CPS would be a good next step.
To fix the fuel bowl fuse I unplugged the heater and replaced the fuse then plugged it back in. I will leave it out if it happens again. I dont have tach movement while cranking, no smoke comes out the pipe unless the motor fires for a second or two.
You need to leave it unplugged. The reason the fuse blows is because that heater is shorted out. That fuse also provides power to your PCM. When the PCM loses power, the engine shuts down.
I'd suggest unplugging the heater, change the fuse again, (leave it unplugged) and see if it starts. The heater is not critical. The truck will run fine all winter without it.

I just went out and it starts and drives fine. I really don't know what happend but I think the cps is going out. I will unplug the heater and schedule to get the cps changed thanks for the help
