I own a 2000 F350 7.3 Powerstroke. I am having problems with Intermittent Stalling. I can start the truck, it dies, start it again, it dies. Start it again and I have no throddle. I can start it again and it runs OK until the next time I use it and this process starts all over again. I had it on a diagnostic machine and it indicated "ICP too High". My "service soon" light comes on intermittently. I have changed oil, oil filter, air cleaner, and fuel filter. What does CPS stand for? I have read other owner's problems and they have simular stories and they mention CPS. Does anyone have any answers that could help me?????

I think your problem does sound like it could be from the CPS. CPS stands for camshaft position sensor. You can take a look at this thread from the sticky at the top of the page: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=478168
It has info on changing the CPS. You can also do a search on CPS and limit it to this forum, and it will bring up threads relating to CPS troubles. Cheapest place to get a new CPS is Ebay, followed by an International dealer, and lastly from Ford.
If you go to the link I posted, and scroll down to post #19, you'll see another link I posted with a lot of info on the CPS, including changing it and where it's located and even a couple pictures.
ICP stands for Injector Control Pressure. This should be regulated by the Injector Pressue Regulator (IPR). Not that I recommend throwing parts at the problem....
