I am wondering if 1960 Mercury pickup grill will fit Ford of same year?

Sure they will, they're basically the same truck. It's like GMC and Chev. The underlying bolts should be in the same place. Merc was the pretty cousin of the Ford

I like the look of the Mercury trim and grill, and would like to use them, but I can't seem to find one. Anyone know where I can find one?

By 1960 Ford was switching over it's Canadian truck line from the Mercury to the Ford name IIRC. You might try PMing Number Dummy he has a large network of dealers with NOS factory parts.
