Ilya, did you see this one? Really nice shape from what I can see!

Ford: eBay Motors (item 130442670361 end time Oct-17-10 17:10:46 PDT)

Hey Moe - Good questions. Until you've been here a little while just remember that e-mail/post opinions can sometimes take on a tone that is much different than what was intended. Plus some folks just express things a little more ethnically or geographically than others - no intent on their part to be critical! Plus there's times when we like to argue amongst ourselves - all in good fun!

No worries - you're fine, and we are glad to have you here!

How about a 51 with running flathead sold for $3600
Ford : Other Pickups: eBay Motors (item 280565933023 end time Sep-30-10 08:10:28 PDT)

1948 running flathead six sold for $3900

Here's a couple more

Ford: eBay Motors (item 180571776771 end time Oct-10-10 20:57:54 PDT)

Poking around on ebay (again completed listings) can give you an idea of the current market for these trucks.

If you can get some nice detailed pics of trucks you're interested in and toss them up on photobucket the folks here will gladly give you an opinion on the prices.
I've seen the first three of the ones you put linked and had recently removerd them to fallow others on ebay... Thank you.. Ive looked all over Craigslist and ebay... and any place else I could find one for sell... That is why I was looking between $2-$5K.. As I wanted something that could be cleaned up, work on and enjoy.... At this time I don't want to tear it to the frame and rebuild it.... I would like something to enjoy driving and working on...

You can also try these places: The Ford Barn - Powered by vBulletin and THE H.A.M.B. - Powered by vBulletin.

If you don't mind a 10 hour drive, there's this one:

1948 Ford Pick Up~Project~Extra Parts~

I can inspect it for you. Can also arrange transportation half way to L.A.
