I replaced my auto hubs with a set of Warn awhile back ago. I did not cap off the vacuum lines but have gone and bought some caps today. I will cap at the wheel and then where should I cap the line. I would like to cap at the source but not sure where or if that is the way to do it. Thanks
Most likely a cracked line where it attaches to the hub. Look behind both front weeks and find the rubber hose, look where it slides over the barbed nipple. If it's cracked or broken, repair or replace. You can start there and trace lines back to the vacuum pump.
My internet has been down. I replaced my pump and capped at the wheels also removing the line all way back and capping it. Still blows out the defrost. Any other places I should check.

Check the vac line that goes to the HVAC system. You didn't cap that off did you?
No I didn't cap that one off. Where does that one lead to? Also when I put in 4x4 it blows normal for a minute.
It goes to the HVAC controls behind the glovebox. Open the glovebox and gently bend in the ears on each side and the glovebox door will drop down to give access to that area.
This is a pic from my colder AC mod so ignore the translucent yellow vac line going to the white tee. That is part of the mod. All the other vac lines are stock. I don't know which one actually goes to the vac pump reservoir or if it is actually pictured but it routes to here somewhere.
