I'd hit the pulleys with some light emery cloth to clean up any belt residue.

The OEM Ford / International / Motorcraft bearings are NTN brand bearings, which have a higher reputation for quality than most Chinese bearings. NTN bearings are made in Japan and the USA.
Since "RS" and "2RS" are not seal suffixes used by NTN, then any bearing with those designations in the seal suffix is not likely an NTN bearing, but rather is a cross referenced equivalent, usually made in China.
The seal suffix for the OEM sealing style NTN bearings in the tensioner and idler pulleys is LU. If you want double sealed, then look for LLU. Hence, the original bearing is 6203-LU, or if double sealing is preferred (OEMs are single sealed at the lip interface), then look for 6203-LLU. Expect to pay two or three times the price for NTN bearings. A retired alternator rebuilder, who spent 40 years in the business, had this to say when I asked him his opinions on bearing brands: "You get what you pay for." He will ONLY use NTN bearings in his builds, FWIW.
