I do! Just picked up my F250 Super Crew. Less than 500km so, it 's still breaking in. I'm hoping it loosens up over time.
Still feels pretty good, lots of jam, but throttle response is very slow. Doesn't sound as aggressive as the Dodge Hemi, but definitely throatier than the GM.

throttle response can be changed; in stock form thats one of the weakness's the 6.2l has

I had a 2010 Sierra 1500 before this truck and after about 1000km or so, it loosened up significantly, and the response improved ten-fold. I'm hoping the same will happen with this Ford.

Is that one of those things, like with the 5.4/6.8, where the fly-by-wire has to "learn" ?

no really most of it is Fords calibration.
As an example on all the PCM codes i have reviewed on the 6.2L. Ford limits full throttle blade opening from 0 rpms to 4500 rpms. So at 4500 rpms the pcm will allow full throttle blade opening and only at that RPM. Thats one reason these 6.2L come on strong at about 3500 rpms as throttle is 80% open and one reason they are slow and sluggish below that rpm. Raptors 6.2L have same issue as well. This is not the only area that can be improved upon in the Drive by Wire but a good one that we see that helps throttle response and power/torque.
Its about a 50/50 on PCM codes for 5.4L set up like this... on the 6.8L i have not seen this from Ford as those stock PCM strategies allow full opening of the throttle from 0 rpms to max 5500 rpms.

can you tune the 6.2 to run better and have better mileage on E85 and still pull 11000#.
Also how does this affect the warranty on the truck.
Response is on ereason i'm not overly fond of the throttle by wire. I was in a 5.4L f150 which hd terrible throttle response and felt sluggish even compared to my f250 5.4 2V truck. I sure hope that the 6.2 wont be this way forever.

When Mike talks about throttle response and how it can be bettered believe me he is telling the truth.
My 08 F250 CC 5.4 w 3.73s is so much a better truck since I flashed it. I use all three tunes though mostly the 87 performance which Mike fine tuned the overdrive portion for me. Sounds great, runs great and the mileage is good also.
