She is back up and running after god knows how many hours ofwork and a number of seals and sensors replaced.<o></o>

One issue we are having now is the truck will sometimes dieor stumble when you let off the pedal under load. It only does it in low gearsand only when the rpms are allowed to fall below 700 rpms sudden.<o></o>

Here is what we know. 1996 F250 auto
120Volt IDM
New CPS
Fresh DP tuner tune
3 inch down pipe
New intake with paper filter
Used ICP sensor off of a 01 SD (but does not leak)
Fresh oil change with correct oil level
No known fuel leaks
Unplugged water in fuel sensor and plugged hole
Fresh fuel.
Clean fuel filter
Good fuel pressure

Pull tuner for one.
Tunes will mask problems.
check MAP sensor hose for blockages.
If its clear, try unplugging the map sensor.
You can try running the truck with out the ICP sensor as well to see if its bad.
IIRC, if you unplug it and there is no change in behavior, that means it's bad.
Do you have a scanner to check DC's and ICP Pressure?

asuming you know how to get it out, its very straitforward.
If you dont, you'll have to find the right socket to get it out.
It has to be really really deep though and its over 1 inch.
I bought one I thought was big enough and its not.
You gotta work it just right to get the IPR off.
I forget where the best place to get it is.
Once the IPR is out, oil will come out the hole as well just an FYI.
Kit is O-ring. O-ring backup and tin nut.
Pull tin nut, pull magneto, pull IPR. Note placement of o-ring and backup.
Replace both.
reverse for instalation.
Snug the tin nut well, but don't crank it, its just tin.
