For new plow you will be looking at $4000-6000 depending on what you get. You can get cheaper but your not looking at a quality plow that will last a long time.
I love the Blizzard 810 but it will be a bit too heavy for a F-250. The 810 weighs 900 lbs plus the weight of the hitch on the truck. It I could have a 810 I would get a 800 spped wing or 760 speed wing. You can read about both here

I have plowed with both a Blizzard 810 and a Boss v-plow and the 810 is far superior IMO. If you use a v-plow you also need a back blade cause the v-plow won't scrape backward very well. Also the 810 will move alot more snow.
My dad's shop is a dealer for the Blizzards so I have also installed and serviced them. They take some abuse! I have also worked on all other brands of plows. Most brands that have been around make plows that will last. Blizzard, Boss, Western, and Meyer see to be the top 4 around here.

I also have a lawn biz (17 years self employed) and plow a lot of snow,,,,,, if your only doing a few driveways get a Meyer there less exspensive, lighter and will get the job done,,,,,,,,, I had a 7.5 Meyer on an F-250 was a good driveway plow but as I got busier with bigger accounts the Meyer just did not work well enough ,,,,,,, biggest problems is it too low and also the plow is too close to the truck to get a nice sharp angle........ Fisher is much better but they cost more and an F-250 PSD with a heavy fisher is a sad sight, too much front end weight,,,,,,,,,, now I have a 9 foot Fisher on a F-350 one ton this thing can push some serious snow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Good Luck

Be prepared to have cash in hand and act fast, snow plows seem to be a cut throat business! At least where I'm at they are... a decent older truck w/ plow would fetch $2.5-3k and disappear in 4 hours or less. I had a guy turn down $2k cash for just a plow setup (Meyer 8ft power angle). I got lucky and scooped up a 76 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 w/ Meyer 7.5' power angle plow for $500, it even has good tires and a new 350 crate motor!
