transmission shifting

95 f350 E4od trans. anyway it shifts hard from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. No OD light flashin. Any contributions is greatly appreciated.

does the od light work? could be burnt out. push the button to see if it lights up.

does it have a shift kit in it? did you scan for codes?
