Easter - what BS!!!

(From a Bunny Rabbit)

Every year all of you think it is my blessed job to hide all of these stupid CHICKEN EGGS all around your yard. SO HERE I AM AGAIN, stuck with a truckload of rotten eggs in my den, NO PLACE to put them...

What did you think I was going to do? Climb ladders and put them on roofs?

YOUR KIDS already thought of every place else that I could possibly put them.

AND BESIDES WHICH -

WHAT makes YOU THINK a chicken egg (in whatever color) is EASY FOR A RABBIT TO CARRY? HUH? Speaking of which, the EPA is down on us for our EGG PAINTING FACILITY. Filters, and recyclers, and all of that rubbish that we never had to have before...

You JERKS....

Dumping this job on me as if I hadn't enough to do. It could have been the office of a DUCK, a GOOSE, or a CHICKEN....

"RABBIT".

Right, like rabbits lay eggs on a regular basis....

Last thing on earth I'd want to keep house with is a female rabbit that passed a CHICKEN EGG. I'd never get any....

The poor girl would fear for her life!!!

It isn't OUR fault! It's YOUR holiday after all, why place the burden on US?

We are simple creatures that consume shrubbery (and the occasional garden crop...)

IS THIS A REVENGE THING?

I have no idea -

How DID all that stuff become part of it?

Gifts?

That life is sweet if you follow the way?

It surely isn't, you become persecuted....

Chocolate is not something I would expect.

I dont celebrate Easter with the rabbit etc. Because its about Christ's dead and rising again.

And the whole rabbit easter thing symbolize the fertilaty god.
One thing I did do though is bought my niece one of those chicks at wal-mart that cherp when its in your hand since our chicks have grown alot and are to big for her to hold. She still wants to see the "chhhhickies" and the horses. She loves Cheyenne and they both act the same way, want to be center of attention LOL

If the rabbit symbolizes the fertility god then Dionysis should have been named "Peter Rotten Tail"

easter eggs will be easy for the kids to find today after the snow we got last night!! just kidding,we only got enough snow to barely cover the grass, and the sun is coming out now,so the snow will be gone before 2 p.m. when the hunt starts

Easter egg hunt in the snow? Don't color the eggs, leave 'em white. That'll up the challenge level a bit...

Oh, and Jake...that was sick...

they were plastic eggs with little toys, money, and some candy in them. 12-15 kids, and about 5,000 eggs!! Sun was shining when they started hunting them, and by the time they were done,it was snowing so hard we couldn't hardly see the end of my brother's yard!! good fun!!
