the codes are p-0603 and p-1211 i have had the problem with the kam but it does not affect the way the truck runs. it lopes 200-350 rpms at return to idle before the codes come up and it doesnt throw codes until i push it over 3000 rpms. from reading other postings i am stsrting to wonder about my cam position sensor and oil temp sensor?

Nope those two codes are very common when shhip/programmer are installed. The 603 is normal for having a chip/programmer. They are set it and its doesn't affect anything. The 1211 just means that your high pressure oil pump isn't keeping up with the demand for oil to drive th injectors. This is also a common dare I say normal code to get when you have a chip. Depending on what year your truck is a 17° HPOP will be a nice upgrade.

The High pressure oil pump (HPOP) on our stock trucks is a 15° and the 99-03 superduty engine have a 17° which puts out a great volume of oil to run the injectors. its very common to set the 1211 with a chip. Its doesn't really mean there are part to replace unless you get sick of the flatline throttle once you put your foot in the throttle. What year is your truck?
