Anybody have subs in their truck? Or have any idea where I can put any?

I have two in a box behind the seat. They fit pretty nice and sound good too.

I usually just set the subs on the front seat until I get home then I eat them.

I'm a fan of well placed bass. I've got an 8" free air in the bottom front of each door (stereo), and 2 10's in a sealed wedge shaped box (mono) behind the seat. My crossover points are 320Hz and 80Hz.

I have two 12" shallows behind the seat. Amp and capacitor too. It's a very clean set up. I'll post a pic tomorrow

Here's mine. 10" Kicker works great for a small space. I even impress the kids in the next car.

Has anyone tried to fit a shallow sub under their seat?

Another option is to build a center console in front of the bench over the trans hump... provided you don't have a manual and can avoid the transfer case stick (if you have one)

This is my setup. 2 12" shallows. Rockford Fosgate and Pioneer. 1,800 watt Kenwood amp. 2 farad Boss capacitor (sits backward due to wiring). Have two different subs because they have different frequency ratings. Fosgate handles all the higher bass mainly in rock music. Pioneer pounds away with all the lows
