Help with 60 F100 kingpins
So I thought I'd change kingpins this morning, and things were going great until I dropped the new pin into the axle for a test fit. It is sloppy in the axle, which leads me to believe that is where most of the play was.
I ordered a set of .010 over kingpins and bushings this afternoon, but I am not sure how to go about installing them. Will I need to remove the axle and have it bored, or can I find a kingpin reamer and do the axle? I'm also not sure if I will need to ream the bushings. Any help appreciated!
Good times,
-Paul

Thanks for the replies gents. I assume there aren't a lot of shops that still have the tooling for this anymore, but I guess I will try to find someone who can ream the axle and bushings to fit. I found a company that will bore and sleeve the axles to factory on site, but wants about $400.
