I am looking at a new 06 F250 XLT with the standard non telescopic tow mirrors on it. I am wondering if I can swap these out with the power telescopic mirrors with the turn signals built in. Is the truck wired up for the signals? Or must I buy like the older style non signal power telescopic mirrors to put on?

 

Yes, I think the wires are there, you just need to get the mirrors and the joystick, install them and plug them in.

But....I'd get a second opinion before I listened to my advice.

YES...you can. If you currently have power mirrors (you do right?)...then it is a simple bolt on install.

The "sport" mirrors come off...and the "TOW" mirrors go on. Simple as that...
