Trailer Mirror Conversion

I currently have a 2004 F250 with standard power (non heated or turn signal) and am looking to upgrade to a telescoping trailer mirrors with heat and turn signal. I have received mixed information on wether this is doable due to wiring. One would think that the base wiring harness would be standard, then from the connection to the mirror would be were the options vary (pin outs from the wiring harness). Any insight into this is appreciated.

Yes you can but the plug is different but just cut and match colors check good old ebay for great deals on 08 and up mirrors they give a better view in my opinon than the older style
