performance exhaust
I have been looking for performance exhaust for my 94 Bronco with a 5.8 and 4 x 4, Gibson makes aluminized cat-back exhaust for the 5.8, the only set back is it costs about $290!!! So I changed my mind to getting it done at midas, about $150 for Magna Flow cat-back, although my friend is hooking me up with this deal I am only 16, but Ford is the only vehicle I will buy, but, I feel I have good automotive knowledge for a junior in High School. Good Luck!!!

performance exhaust
I have a 95 w/351 and a Gibson cat-back exhaust. I like it a whole lot. I'm not into the glass pack scene so this exhaust was perfect for me. It has a deep rumble with almost no in-cab resonance. I used to have a 94 w/351 w/a Borla and I actually like the Gibson better. The Gibson seemed to give a noticeable power increase above the Borla. You will like it----Plus it takes about an hour to install (thats with removing the old one as well.)

Try these folks. They make a complete (including cat pipe with cat) stainless steel system that bolts on as a direct replacement for stock with performance and flow improvements including headers and high flow, fully welded, muffler. Not dual but big enough to be as good. I have had the complete Street Thunder system in place under my 92 XLT 302 for the past 18 months. No signs of deterioration. Excellent throttle response and improved HP. And the guys who inspect it for emissions fight over who gets to fire it up just so they can listen to it.
Bassani posts dyno results on the site for comparison. All stock hangers are used. Entire system follows stock path under the truck. System will bolt to stock manifolds if you don't want to replace them. O2 sensor mounts in stock location.
My brother and I put this system on the truck in an afternoon. No special parts to buy other than what they provide. No welding necessary. No rust and corrosion in two years (my personal favorite 'cause I hate doing the smae job more than once). I know its sounds like a commercial and I have psoted this info before but I can't say enough about something that works so well and went together so easily. And the price tage was well within my budget.
BTW Street Thunder system for the 302 is 3" throughout. 351 may be even bigger.
