When would that be???
I also have an 01 with almost 120K, have never had to replace more than the DPFE sensor.
If it ain't broke.. Don't fix it. But I keep my maintenence up to the letter.

O2's should be replaced at 60K miles, they can last longer. However your performance and mileage will suffer once they begin to fail. I use motorcraft now, they plug into the stock harness. I have tried some aftermarket that required splicing.
I forgot F150 have four, the post cat sensors monitor only the emissions aspect. The pre-cats talk to the ecm for engine management. You can replace the fronts and wait for the rears to fail, but it would be easier to replace them at once so you know how old they all are.

are all four the same part?
any sponsors have good prices?
Thanks ReAX....let's hope i don't have a problem getting them out...my 92 Galant is seized and i can't break her loose, even with a breaker bar and penetrant....rather just leave that one in there!
I've found if you run the vehicle so the exhaust gets warm they can be easier to remove, also helps to spray them down with Pb blaster a few days before you plan on removing them. I try to replace mine every 60-80K, rears are $5-$10 more than fronts IIRC.

another member said the same thing, i've blasted it twice and tried once warm and once HOT....no joy.
