All models from F-1 to F-6 had the same grill. F-7 & 8s had wider grills along with the bread truck vans. The fenders on the F-7 & 8s are also noticeably wider.

There wasn't a difference in the grill width until you reach F7, F8 and COE trucks. Those grills were much wider. F7, F8 and COE utilized the same grills and front fenders, I believe.
