When did they switch to mass air flow?

Ok, been truck shopping. Can't find what I want (86 flareside 302efi/aod, late 85 with 302 efi is ok to)

So I thought about comromising on something a bit newer. Then I got the thought that finding a truck with the mass air flow sensor engine would save even more modification with the planned supercharger installation.

So, what year did Ford make the change on trucks?

Thanks in advance! David

95 on California trucks, I don't know if the others actually got mass-air before the 4.6 was out.

Yeah, that's kinda hit or miss though, I think it was a late-year intro.
