It is a pretty common swap.
You want to use the car type intake manifold. The truck intakes don't fit well under the Bronco's hood.
There are several ways to go about it. Obviously, you will need a 351 to work with.
Get a complete 5.0 SEFI Mass Air parts car, 89-93 Mustang and modify the harness to fit.
Buy a retrofit harness and sensors from a place like RJM.
You will need a 351 manifold setup. There are several aftermarket versions out there from Trick Flow and Ford Motorsport, etc. These are complete upper and lowers for the Windsor.
Or you can use a 351W truck lower intake with the stock Mustang upper with the use of an adaptor.
If you are lucky, you could find a complete early to mid 90's F150 Lightning with a Mass Air car style 351W. These are pretty rare and tough to come by.
Another intake option is the Professional Products Typhoon, it's a car style Performer copy out of the far east available online for well under $400. You'll also need a 5.8 EFI distributor with the TFI module if using a mustang wiring harness, this isn't a big problem since all the early 5.8 EFI motors used this distributor and the 5.8 was very common in vans and heavy duty trucks.
Here's a pic of the Typhoon next to a 5.0 truck intake, there's about 3" difference in height at the front.
Heed the words of Conanski... you will having a had time getting the hood closed with a low rise intake and a 4bbl with an air filter big enough to support the airflow you will need.... let alone get that monster on the left under the hood....
The best course of action is to get a donor vehicle/truck with all the wiring computer etc and keep things stock... otherwise you are opening up a real can or worms... even if you are planning a cam swap or high performance engine if this is you first swap use the KISS plan and get the thing to work and drive stock and then do the highpo stuff, that way at least you know that the system functions and vehicle operates before you start shooting at the moving target.
If you can't find a suitable donor vehicle FMS has much of the wiring etc you will need as well as the tech support on call....
By the time you add up the cost of all the parts new its going to be in the 2500 range... so if you can find a vehicle that runs for about that it's better to just strip what you need out of it.
Also... don't know your final suspension and trans plans, but with a 351W a 2" body lift is really nice for the extra clearance under the hood, and I am not a big fan of the body lift.... but it works wonders for hood clearance!
