P/S conversion

P/S conversion
I have a 70 F100 302 V8 2x4 with manual steering. I want to convert to power steeringand need to know all the components from the doner truck that I need to get.I found a truck with a 351 but have found the mounting brackets for a 302 I just need a list of the other parts I need to be sure to get.I found them on a post a couple of months ago but cant seem to find them now.Appreciate the help.

Okay, you've got just about everything, but
get the column out of the donor truck as well...
the standard non power column is a different
lenght than the power steering column...

P/S conversion
James you didn't say if you had manual tranny or not, having an auto makes this swap easier. If you have a manual tranny, you will have to find a highly sought after steering column for the sd. as most were for auto.
You will need the ps gear, pump, hoses/lines, brackets, pullies, and at least the shaft from a ps columnm. I used the total column in my conversion.

In the cool still quiet of night, you can hear chevies rusting away.
You will need the ps gear, pump, hoses/lines, brackets, pullies, and at least the shaft from a ps columnm. I used the total column in my conversion.
