Jody Tipton vs. Superchips

Jody Tipton vs. Superchips
I just installed my custom JT chip over my Christmas weekend. All I can say is WOW!!! I got a 2 position chip with the 40hp and 120hp race settings. In the 40hp mode my truck feels stronger than it did with the Superchips on the High Performance setting. When I put it on the 120hp mode, you can actually hear the injectors come to life, and let the black smoke roll. The truck feels alot quicker, but the tell tale will be to put it back on the dyno. But this thing is kicking the crap out of the superchip. But what set Jody apart from my perspective is my switch set up. I didn't want the ho hum rotary **** for mine. I wanted a switch on my shifter. I already had the big red mad max switch on my shifter for my 10k mod, and I wanted the chip to be run by that switch. So I called Jody and told him what I wanted to do, and he didn't even hesitate, he said "Yeah, I definatly think that can work, that sounds cool!" So I sent him some pics of my switch set up and it's internals and he said "Oh yeah, we can make this work." So I sent him a part # from Napa and the rest is history. He actually went out of his way to go to the parts store get the switch and make this thing work. He even lengthened the cord so it would reach my shifter. He gave me a call that night (after hours mind you) just to tell me it worked and that it would be on it's way the next day. In my book, that is kick *** customer service. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of this transaction. And I'm sorry I didn't go to him before I got the superchip tuner. I'm going to try my best to put No.3 back on the dyno within the next two weeks and get the facts. When I do I'll start another thread to let you know how it went. My thanks to Jody for humoring me with my setup and to everyone else concidering him, DO IT you won't be disappointed, I promise.
