8k on mine and it's getting kind of grey. I could go well into next summer with it.

it really depends a lot on what type of driving conditions you put it through. for someone like me who is just using it on paved roads, i would imagine that sucker should give 20k. all the high dollar cold air kits claim 50k. if youre in town all the time, youll get more. if you are on the farm, expect less. and if your out mud slinging, even less.

Hmm. I have about 4000 on this one, and it is getting gray. Of course, you have to realize that under the conditions I sometimes drive, the stock filter could last as little as a week...

I'm impressed.

I mentioned in my post I change filters/clean filters about every month which is about 1500 to 2500 miles depending. I live in SW Arizona and play in the desert a lot. I also LOF religeously @ 3000 miles. The reason I went durable (k-n) was because buying a 6637 every mointh or so would break me. I pay for two 6637's with the k-n and bits. Also the cleaning spray and oil seem to last longer than you'd think.

I change my air filter about every 10-15k when I change the fuel filter. Sometimes going up to 20k, if it looks OK. I work at the disposal site maintenance shop of coal burning power plant with roads made of disposed coal ash, but the air filter doesn't seem to dirty all that quickly.
