Two new error codes

I pulled the error codes yesterday, and this is what I got:

These two have been on there for a while-

327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage
328 - EGR closed voltage higher than expected

These two are new-

173 - HEGO shows system always rich
628 - Converter clutch error (E4OD)

The first three, I would like some advice about how to fix. The last one is rather obvious. I'm rather POed about the 628 because I just rebuilt my E40D back in April, and got a new TC. I knew the torque converter was bad then, but I never got any error codes on it. From day one, the new TC didn't feel right. Why would I get a code now, but not back when it was slipping and vibrating rather badly before I changed it?

Any help? Thanks.
