My Excursion is a 2001 4x4 v10 and I went to the track last night, The best I got was a 17.19, You can read all my timeslips at:

I took my 2002 PSD Excursion to the track and did a best of 18.0 in the 1/4 mile. The Hypermax guys were their with their Turbo-Diesel X running low 14's !!

 

What mods (if any) do you have on your PSD, Joe?

 

I have a K&N Filter, and thats it.

 

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 23-May-02 AT 09:20 AM (EST)]All i have done to my truck is a big block Flowmaster muffler and a BigSucker intake - and thats it. Also , when i was running the truck down the 1/4 mile - i had a full 44 gallons of diesel on board.
Not saying my truck is quick , would have liked to atleast break into the 17's . But , i have a racecar for the speed factor...

 

Interesting... The way my new PSD feels, I woulda thought that the V10 would have smoked the times on a relatively stock PSD. There is Hope!!
