Clutch Slave Cylinder Connector

I have a 91 Ranger, 2.3L, M5OD transmission. I lost all the tranny fluid and blew the tranny. I was able to get another one that bolted right in but after it was installed I noticed that the connector for the clutch slave cylinder was slightly different.

On the 91 the connector was black but on the new slave cylinder the connector is gold colored and slightly different. Not much different, just enough so that they are not interchangeable.

Does anyone make an adapter that I can use? Do you know where I can get a new fitting to connect to the existing clutch hose? Any suggestions as to what to do?

I really don't feel like pulling the transmission again and swapping the slave cylinder if I don't have to.

Clutch Slave Cylinder Connector

if ya know what year the trans is maybe a wrecking yard or even pepboys, checkers etc. Thing is you need to change the line from the master all the way down not just a connector.

OEM from dealer if all else fails.
